Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the operator of the online gambling services offered under the brand "Nalu Casino" on the Nalu Casino version of the Website available at nelucasino.com ("Website").   • Dormant accounts: If you do not log in or use your Account for a prolonged period, the Operator may treat the Account as dormant and may apply dormancy rules and fees as described on the Website, subject to applicable law.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

General Rules of Play

  1. Funding your Account: You must have sufficient cleared funds in your Account balance to place a Bet. Bets placed with insufficient funds will not be accepted or may be voided.

Bet Cancellation and Errors

Exclusions of Liability

  • Restrictions: You must not:
    • Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Website or software, except where expressly permitted by law;
    • Distribute, transmit, publicly display, or make available any content from the Website without prior written consent from the Operator;
    • Use any automated tools (such as bots, crawlers or scrapers) to access, interact with, or extract data from the Website.

Trademarks

  • Nalu Casino brand: "Nalu Casino", associated logos and branding used on nelucasino.com are trademarks or trade names of the Operator or its licensors. Use of such marks is strictly limited to identifying the services provided by the Operator and may not be used by you without prior written consent.

Privacy & Data Protection

Changes to Terms

  • Right to update: The Operator may amend these Terms at any time to reflect changes in its services, operational needs, legal or regulatory requirements, or for other valid reasons.
  • Notification: Material changes to the Terms will be communicated by one or more of the following:
    • Posting the updated Terms on the Website with a new "last updated" date;

Termination & Suspension

Operator's Right to Suspend or Terminate

  • Grounds for action: The Operator may suspend or close your Account, void Bets, and/or withhold funds where it reasonably believes that:
    • You have breached these Terms or any Game or Bonus rules;
    • You have provided false or misleading information;
    • You have engaged in fraud, money laundering, collusion, bonus abuse, chargebacks, or other unlawful or improper conduct;
    • Your use of the Website is contrary to applicable law or regulatory requirements, including laws in the United Kingdom or other Restricted Jurisdictions; or
    • Such action is required for security, operational or regulatory reasons.
  • Investigation period: During any investigation, the Operator may freeze your Account, prevent deposits or withdrawals, and restrict gameplay until matters are resolved.

Consequences of Termination

  • Balances: On closure of your Account:
    • Any remaining real-money balance, less any applicable fees or chargeback amounts, will be returned to you where legally and practically possible; and
    • Any Bonus Funds and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements may be forfeited.
  • Refunds during termination: Where your Account is closed due to breach or suspected breach, the Operator may withhold all or part of your balance, subject to applicable law and any instructions from relevant authorities.
  • Self-exclusion: If you have self-excluded (where such a tool is available), the Operator will take reasonable steps to block your access for the agreed period. User-Initiated Termination

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Applicable Law

  • Curaçao law: These Terms, and any disputes arising out of or relating to your use of the Website, are governed by the laws of Curaçao, without prejudice to mandatory protections afforded by the laws of your country of residence.
  • Consumer rights: Nothing in these Terms affects any non-excludable consumer rights you may have under applicable law, including UK consumer law where it applies. Dispute Resolution
